Monster walks

This movement focuses primarily on your core and leg strength. It is also a great way to develop some lateral hip mobility.

Sit half way down in a squat the whole time, try and make the stress as intense as possible.

Key point is to avoid any excess rotation or stress on the knees, they should be straight up from your feet the whole time. Think about keeping your shins vertical the whole time.
