Hip mobiltiy warm up movement

This focuses on pushing your femur through a full range of motion. It also allows you to see where it is locking up, it will feel like its “clicks” or doesn’t allow you to rotate past a certain point. This is when I would utilize the seated tree pose mobility movement to enhance your ability to move your hips smoother through this.
